Great for burritos, bowls, tacos, or just as a side.
- 10 cups of jasmine rice
- 12 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 1 cup lime juice
- 3 additional limes squeezed
- ¼ squeezed lemon
- 2 cups cilantro
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- Rinse rice
- Pour rice, ½ cup of oil and water into the Globe RC1 Rice Cooker and cook until the warm light comes on
- Combine salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- After cooking let the rice sit for 10-15 minutes then stir in the rest of the ingredients
NOTE: Always follow the water to rice ratio instructions on your rice cooker. If the rice is too dry add 1-2 cups of water, 1 tbsp. oil, and 1 tbsp. more lime juice, then cover for 5 minutes.
